Vanilla cake with design recipe:

2 cups plain/all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

4 large eggs

11/2 cups caster/ superfine sugar

115g/ 1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup of milk

3 tsp vanilla extract

3 tsp vegetable or canola oil

225g/ 2 sticks unsalted butter

500g / 1lb soft icing sugar/ powder sugar

Make buttercream frosting, which is good for decorating. You can split the fostering and add food coloring.

Top the cake with fruits like grapes, kiwi, berries or any fruit you like. Or you can also design the cake with cream without topping with fruits.
